1. Withdrawal or Expiry of Booking Request
- You are entitled to a 100% refund, including the booking fee.
2. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
- You will receive a 50% refund, excluding the booking fee.
- The driver will receive 50% of the seat price as compensation.
- An automatic "late cancellation" note will be added to your profile.
- Note: If the driver cancels the trip after your cancellation, you will receive an additional refund for the remaining 50%, excluding the booking fee.
3. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Departure
- You are entitled to a full refund, minus the booking fee.
4. Failure to Show
- No refund will be issued. Please refer to our Passenger No-Show Policy below.
5. Driver Cancels Your Trip
- You will receive a 100% refund, including the booking fee. For details, please see our Driver Cancellation Policy.
