No-Show Policy: If a passenger confirms a trip but fails to show up or arrives after the agreed departure time, they will not receive a refund. The payment for the trip will be transferred to the driver as compensation for the unfilled seat.

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.


Preventing No-Shows: To avoid no-shows and ensure smooth trips for drivers and other passengers, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Plan Ahead: Allocate sufficient time to plan your trip and aim to be at the pick-up point at least five minutes before the scheduled departure.
  2. Advance Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, do so in advance according to our passenger cancellation policy to be eligible for a refund.
